As mentioned in another thread, I am looking to find out as much as I can about my health as possible. Ideally, what I should be eating, what signs I am showing of any disease, and generally what will be best for my individual body. I know metabolic testings are used for a lot of in-hospital testing but am looking more for meal planning help and signs of food allergies. What can a general metabolic analysis show?
