I have been researching a bit more on gut health these last few years when someone close to me got ill. It seems like there is a major connection to overall health and a healthy gut. I found a few studies even linking to things like depression, ADHD, anxiety, and even autism to the lack of having a stable brain to gut connection. Pretty interesting stuff.
