I participated in the American Gut project and downloaded the results from their web sites but do not understand them and would like to do more studies on my data. I think the data is from 16S rRNA sequencing. I am looking for a Bioinformatician or Data Analyst, can be a masters or PhD student whose expertise is in microbiome analysis to help me study my data.
